Large Group FAQ’S
-How many people can I have at my event?
(Please note if your rental date is in 2020 numbers are reduced due to COVID restrictions. Your rental coordinator can discuss changes and options)
If you are renting the Iron Bell, we can accommodate the following number of guests:
Theatre Style: 150 people (including balcony)
Seated at Tables: 120 people (including balcony)
-How can I tour the Iron Bell to see if I’m interested in having my even there? Click on the contact button below to email our event coordinator.
-Can I have a wedding or wedding reception at the Iron Bell? Currently we are only hosting high end-small/boutique weddings with the starting cost at $5,000. If this seems to describe your wedding feel free to inquire by contacting us!
- Can I bring my own food? Yes, but please contact us to discuss details.
-Are there kitchen facilities available? There is a full kitchen that you or your caterer can access if needed.
- Can I decorate the facility for my event? Yes, you may bring your own decorations such as flowers and centerpieces. We do not allow any staples, confetti, or glitter.
-Do you provide tables and chairs? Yes, Iron Bell can provide you with brown event chairs (optional white cushions) and round or rectangular tables which we can set up and take down for you.
-Do you provide linens, dishes, or silverware? No.
-Can I serve alcohol at my event? You may serve alcohol at your event with our prior written authorization if it it is supplied by a caterer with a caterers license registered for Jefferson County with a liquor liability rider. We also allow you to bring your own beer and wine with our prior written authorization.
-Do you have parking? Yes, we have onsite parking included for events up to 150 guests.
-Does Iron have a list of approved caterers? Yes, please ask us for this list.
-Do I have to use one of your approved caterers? No, You may choose to use a caterer that is not on our approved list, but the Iron Bell may require and additional agreement in your rental contract.
